Young-Williams Animal Center will hold the 15th Annual Mardi Growl, a Pet Parade & Festival and everyone’s favorite “pet pawty.” The parade will take place in downtown Knoxville and end at World’s Fair Park for the pet festival. Registration is $15 per pet with seven costume categories and is available HERE. Check in and day-of registration begins at 10 a.m., and the parade starts at 11 a.m.
