Young-Williams Animal Center will hold the 16th Annual Mardi Growl, a Pet Parade & Festival and everyone’s favorite “pet pawty.” The parade will take place in downtown Knoxville and end at World’s Fair Park for the pet festival. The festival is open to the public. Registration for the parade is $15 per pet and is available HERE. Day-of registration is $20. Check in and day-of registration begins at 10 a.m., and the parade starts at 11 a.m.
