Since 1985, the News Sentinel has recognized more than 9,000 East Tennessee graduating high school seniors chosen by the schools on the basis of grades and leadership in school activities and in the community. Mintha Roach, president and CEO of Knoxville Utilities Board, will deliver the keynote speech.
