Tennessee Commissioner of Economic and Community Development Randy Boyd will be the keynote speaker at the Oak Ridge Chamber of Commerce’s One Voice-One Vision Luncheon, which will take place in Wildcat Arena at Oak Ridge High School. The luncheon will serve as the kickoff of the chamber’s 2015 Program of Work, as well as the introduction of the three-year strategic plan. The chamber’s Eugene L. Joyce Lifetime Achievement Award and the Kerry Trammell Volunteer of the Year award will be presented.
