The Optimist Club of Knoxville will hold a Mardi Gras Night to raise funds for its programs that help children. The event includes silent and live auctions and dinner by Rothchild Catering. Hors d’oeuvres, cash bar and silent auction begin at 6 p.m., followed by dinner at 7 p.m. The event will be held in the Tennessee Terrace of Neyland Stadium. Enter at Gate 19. Free parking in Lot 9.
