Overcoming Believers Church Building Bridges

Overcoming Believers Church will hold “Building Bridges” with Dr. Bernice King, CEO of the King Center, and Dr. A. R. Bernard, the pastor of the Christian Cultural Center megachurch in Brooklyn, New York, to unite the community and seek authentic racial reconciliation in Knoxville. King, the youngest child of civil rights leaders Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Coretta Scott King, was 5 years old when her father was assassinated in 1968. The special musical guest will be CeCe Winans, the co-pastor of Nashville Life Church and the best-selling female gospel singer of all time. The event is hosted by Pastor Daryl Arnold of Overcoming Believers Church and Pastor Scott Jackson of New Life Gathering. The moderator for the evening will be Hallerin Hilton Hill. Doors open at 6:15 p.m. in what is expected to be a capacity crowd.
