PetSafe will hold its 5th Annual Black Tie & Tails Gala in the national company’s hometown of Knoxville for humans and their canine friends. The event benefits H.A.B.I.T (Human Animal Bond in Tennessee) and its community outreach efforts. The dog-friendly gala features food, games cocktail hour and silent auction. Black tie attire and dog escorts optional.
