Positively Living will hold its “People of Courage” luncheon in recognition of National Women and Girls HIV/AIDS Awareness Day. The event speaker will be Marvelyn Brown, author, motivational speaker, AIDS activist and founder of Marvelous Connections. The 3rd annual Julia Tucker award will be presented to Knoxville Mayor Madeline Rogero by Honorary Event Chair Eddie Mannis.
