The Provision CARES Foundation Fall Luncheon, with Hallerin Hilton Hill, will honor survivors, program recipients, cancer patients and their families. The event will serve as a fundraiser for the organization, which helps cancer patients in East Tennessee. Reservations are required, and donations will be requested at the event.
