The Volunteer Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) will honor the Communicator of the Year, an industry professional who has exemplified the values and ethics of a public relations professional, at a luncheon. The 2024 honoree will be University of Tennessee Knoxville Chancellor Donde Plowman. Two other people will be honored with the Emerging Professional and Student awards for exemplifying the values and ethics of a public relations professional.
