The Second Annual Rotary Club of Knoxville’s Jockeys & Juleps, a derby party fundraiser, features: red carpet arrival; live music between races; HD television on 15-foot projection screen; ladies’ fancy hat contest; gentlemen’s bow tie contest; bourbon; pictures with a thoroughbred; cornhole tournament; silent auction; derby-inspired hors d’oeuvres; and live music by Hillbilly Jedi.

Proceeds benefit the Rotary Foundation of Knoxville’s charitable work, which includes college scholarships; donation of books to elementary school libraries; reading programs; clean water projects; local parks; elementary school cleanup; tickets for underprivileged youth to see and participate in theater, opera and symphony performances and many others.
