The Scruffy City Orchestra will present its 2024 Fall Concert with “Three Blind Mice,” featuring two soloists and a local composer, including double bassist Lance Gaupp, winner of the 2024 SCO Concerto Competition; local vocalist Noelle Harb and local composer Patrick Thomas.
