Blount Mansion will host its annual Statehood Day celebration with an open house and living historians onsite to discuss the 18th century. William Blount is credited with creating the Tennessee State Constitution at the Blount Mansion Historic Site. Plants also will be for sale, including beautiful peonies. The family-friendly event is free.
