The Tennessee Valley Fair’s annual luncheon for government officials and businesses, held on the Knoxville fairgrounds at Chilhowee Park, officially celebrates the start of the fair, now in its 97th year. The luncheon is attended by more than 500 business and community leaders from throughout East Tennessee.
