The 2019 United Way of Greater Knoxville Campaign, chaired by Andy Shafer, will officially kick off on the University of Tennessee campus. The event, which will take place in Staff Lot S30 (behind the College of Communication & Information building), will feature an appearance and comments by singer Chris Blue, tailgate-themed food and samples of local craft beer.
