UT Department of Retail, Hospitality, and Tourism Management’s Annual Appalachian Spring Fundraiser

The University of Tennessee’s Department of Retail, Hospitality, and Tourism Management (RHTM) will hold its 17th Annual Appalachian Spring Fundraiser. The 2018 event will honor the late Sam Beall of Blackberry Farm. Appalachian Spring is one of the largest “For Students, By Students” fundraisers at UT. All of the food is prepared by RHTM students.
