UT Gardens Gala will hold its eighth annual fundraising event with honorary host Bill and Crissy Haslam, former governor and first lady of Tennessee, to benefit the academic and educational programs of UT Gardens in a virtual format. The 2021 event will honor Dr. Susan Hamilton, the director emerita of UT Gardens who retired after more than 35 years of service to the people and plants of Tennessee. With the theme of “Grow Big Orange,” the evening will be a fun one with a social happy half-hour, live program and silent auction.
