Carry the Torch Knoxville is an annual event that features speakers who have an impact on the issues of homelessness, mental health and families. The 2024 event will feature Tracy Kidder, Pulitzer Prize Winner and best-selling author of “Rough Sleepers,” and Dr. Jim O’Connell, president of Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program and Assistant Professor of Medicine, Harvard Medical School. Carry the Torch features a mission fair from 10-11:45 a.m. followed by a luncheon.
