John Quiñones, an ABC News correspondent and host of “Primetime: What Would You Do?,” will be the featured speaker at the 2016 Carry the Torch luncheon, hosted by the Volunteer Ministry Center. A Mission Fair will be held beginning at 10 a.m. with agencies that serve the homeless presenting booths and information and interacting with attendees seeking volunteer opportunities. The luncheon begins at 11:45 a.m. Quiñones will sign books from 1 to 2 p.m.
