American Marketing Association Knoxville Annual Honors Celebration – CANCELED

The American Marketing Association Knoxville will hold its annual celebration, now in its 32nd year, which includes dinner and drinks. Business and community leader Tom Catani, vice president of sales for U.S. Cellular, will be honored as the 2020 Outstanding Marketing Professional. The event, which also celebrates the chapter’s annual award winners, raises funds for marketing scholarships for students at the University of Tennessee.

Survivor Fitness Foundation’s Survivor Soirée – POSTPONED; NEW DATE IS OCT. 21
Due to the ongoing pandemic, this event has been postponed for safety reasons and will be held Oct. 21 as a virtual event. The 3rd Annual Survivor Soirée will honor cancer survivors in the community and raise awareness of the importance of support for cancer survivors post-treatment. Guests will enjoy a four-course dinner prepared by Chefs Kendale Ball and Peter Glander, accompanied by wines from Ashe’s Wine & Spirits. CCAHT’s Unmasked
The Community Coalition Against Human Trafficking (CCAHT) will hold Unmasked, an evening of cocktails and costumes to raise funds to end human trafficking in East Tennessee and assist men, women and children affected by the crime. The event is in support and celebration of the mission of Grow Free Tennessee.
