The Knoxville Jazz Orchestra Board will hold its Patron Party. Stefon Harris, the guest performer at the April 3 concert, will be in attendance. Bistro By The Tracks will provide heavy appetizers and cocktails. Harris is described as "quite simply one of the world’s most important, most astonishing and most entertaining musical artists (with) phenomenal virtuosity and an uncanny ability to connect with listeners on an emotional level."
