Celebration of Life Service for Pat Summitt
A celebration of the life of Pat Summitt will be held at Thompson-Boling Arena. The iconic Lady Vols basketball coach died June 28, 2016, from Alzheimer's disease. The event is open to the public. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.

‘Voice of the Vols’ John Ward Tribute
The University of Tennessee and the Vol Network will host a tribute honoring John Ward. The event will celebrate Ward's life, with Ward's friends and Tennessee fans honoring the impact he made on generations of Vols fans during a broadcasting career that exceeded 30 years.

Miss Tennessee Foundation Reception
The Miss Tennessee Foundation will host a reception with special guest Nia Franklin, Miss America 2019, and offer a sneak peek of the Miss Tennessee stage inside Thompson-Boling Arena. The reception will be held in the Ray Mears Room. Proceeds support East Tennessee Children's Hospital and the Miss Tennessee Scholarship Foundation.
