Making Strides Against Breast Cancer will hold its Knoxville kickoff event with “Eat, Drink and Party Pink” at Water Into Wine. The event features information about Making Strides Against Breast Cancer and the American Cancer Society’s breast cancer programs and services; team and individual signups; store; heavy hors d’oeuvres and pink drink specials. Pink attire is encouraged. The event serves as the kickoff for the Oct. 13, 2019, walk at World’s Fair Park.
