The American Cancer Society will host The Knoxville Hope Gala: Under the Big Sky, a celebration inspired by the state of Montana, where endless mountains lie and a feeling of hope is forever felt under the big sky. This event will honor American Cancer Society’s continual contribution to move mountains with persistent groundbreaking research, resulting in a 31% decrease in cancer death rates and over 2.9 million lives saved since 1991.
