Restoring Hope Luncheon
The 18th Annual Restoring Hope Luncheon is a cornerstone event for The Restoration House that leads to building new relationships and ensures sustainable funding for impacting single mothers and their children throughout Knoxville and beyond. The high-impact event that will inspire and challenge perceptions of low-income single mother families. The 2025 Annual Trefoil Society Luncheon will honor University of Tennessee Chancellor Donde Plowman. The chief executive of the Knoxville campus, Plowman became chancellor in 2019, and the university has since strategically grown its enrollment, increased the retention of first-year students and improved the four-year graduation rate. Research expenditures have grown, and the university has developed innovative partnerships with industry leaders.
