Beardsley Community Farm Solstice Supper 2016
The Solstice Supper will be prepared by OliBea owner and chef Jeff DeAlejandro and chef Winter Hose and include some of Beardsley’s produce in addition to locally sourced ingredients. The supper will be vegetarian, and vegan options are available upon advance request. Water, tea and coffee will be served. All guests may bring their own wine; there is no corkage fee.
Proceeds support Beardsley Community Farm’s mission to address food security issues in Knoxville through produce donations, community gardening and education.
