A preview party will be held to mark the opening of “The Knoxville 7” at the Knoxville Museum of Art, Jan. 29 to April 17. This exhibition examines seven progressive artists who energized East Tennessee’s art scene between 1955 and 1965: C. Kermit “Buck” Ewing, Carl Sublett, Walter Stevens, Robert Birdwell Joanne Higgs, Richard Clarke and Philip Nichols.

A short program will be presented at 6:45 p.m. Cash bar available.
