The Cathedral of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus will present Fiesta Espanola by the Amadeus Chamber Ensemble, on Sunday, May 26th at 5:30 p.m. Maestro Brian Salesky will conduct the orchestra and guest artist, Venezuelan soprano Maria Brea. The festive program is devoted to beloved favorites and intriguing rarities by Spanish composers de Falla, Obradors, Torroba, Turina, and Chapi, along with riveting Zarzuela arias. Artsclamation! Preview Party
The Artsclamation! Preview Party is held on a Friday evening prior to an all-day sale on Saturday that is open to the public. Guests will be able to view the art and meet the artists at the preview party, which features heavy hors d’oeuvres and cocktails, and have the first chance to purchase works from local and regional artists, including painters, potters, photographers, sculptors and jewelers.
