Fort Loudoun Lake Association hosts its 7th annual Raising of the Water Celebration as TVA raises our water back up to summer pool. The fundraiser will be held this year at the historic Dulin Art Gallery, owned and renovated by Mr. John Trotter, whose family enjoys a breathtaking view of the river daily. On April 26th John will open his home from 6-9pm for a party that is sure to be fun. L
