The American Culinary Federation (ACF) and University of Tennessee Culinary will honor Elaine Streno, who will celebrate her 30th year as executive director of Second Harvest Food Bank of East Tennessee. The event will take place on the fourth floor of the UT Conference Center. The Volunteer Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) will honor the Communicator of the Year, an industry professional who has exemplified the values and ethics of a public relations professional, at a luncheon. The 2024 honoree will be University of Tennessee Knoxville Chancellor Donde Plowman.
